Fantastic Location: The hotel's prime location allows for easy access to activities like hiking and skiing. I felt like I was in the heart of nature, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, just like being in a postcard.
Late Room Availability: Our room wasn't ready for the 3pm check-in, and we had to wait for an hour with little information.

We had a fantastic time at this ski, in/ski, out hotel with great access to nearby slopes. the lobby and bar area were well furnished and very cosy, and the staff were exceptional , professional and always willing to lend a helping hand. While the restaurant had some issues with service, the food was top, notch, and the breakfast selection was good. the rooms were comfortable, with clean and spacious bathrooms. We especially enjoyed using the boot room, which was convenient for storing ski equipment.
We did experience some construction noise, which was a bit of a letdown.

Ski-in, ski-out, what else could you ask for? The slopes were well-maintained, and the view from the restaurant and bar areas was breathtaking. The complimentary breakfast was definitely a winner, there were so many a la carte options to choose from. Plus, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Best of all, the cozy rooms with their balconies overlooking the nearby mountains were a delight to wake up to every morning.
It would have been nice if more information was provided on facilities that were currently being constructed. , transportation around the area was a bit of a hassle since many attractions required driving or a long walk.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the Eringer Team for the mind-blowing stay at their resort. The coziness of the surroundings paired perfectly with the warm hospitality provided by the staff. The stunning alpine views and the friendliness of the staff made every moment special. I must commend the staff for their exceptional service, especially during their first week after opening. Despite the few delays in getting a drink at the bar during busy periods, the staff remained professional and eager to assist. The hotel itself is truly wonderful, and once fully finished in the Summer, it will be a jaw-dropping destination. The ski-in/ski-out experience was super, with easy access to Les masses lift for the best ski adventure in the 4 valleys. The cosy rooms with balconies overlooking the mountains were a pleasant surprise. The great breakfast and the nice lobby area provided a super place to chill in the evenings. Plus, having direct access to an apres-ski place was a bonus. I cannot recommend this place enough for its amazing experience, fantastic location, and exceptional service.
